Requirements to follow wherever He leads

Most Construction Ministries require availability as much as skills. Involvement can range from helping with a local project to travel to another state to help build a church or repair homes for those less fortunate. Construction projects range from painting, building handicapped ramps, roofing, new construction to just clean up. Most projects will find a place for you based on your skill level.

Some ministries have ongoing and year round opportunities to serve in many capacities.

These could be general labor, carpentry, roofing, painting, drywall and electrical or plumbing. Adults or students can participate, and most allow individuals, couples or groups.

You did not do anything to achieve your salvation, but you must do something to exhibit it. You must "work out your own salvation" which God has worked in you already ( Philippians 2:12 ). Are your speech, your thinking, and your emotions evidence that you are working it "out"? If you are still the same miserable, grouchy person, set on having your own way, then it is a lie to say that God has saved and sanctified you.
